      摘要:
      針對擺線針輪多齒嚙合時的接觸力對于RV減速器傳動精度和疲勞壽命的影響問題,本文研究了RV減速器擺線針輪多齒嚙合的動態過程,建立了RV減速器動力學仿真模型。通過仿真計算得到了各擺線針齒嚙合點處的法向接觸力、摩擦力和接觸應力,并與理論公式計算結果進行了對比。最后對RV減速器樣機的傳動性能進行了測試,確定了擺線針輪傳動是引起RV減速器傳動誤差的主要原因盛兴娱乐登陆。由RV減速器分段傳動誤差的標準差分量可以間接地判斷擺線針齒不同嚙合位置的匹配性盛兴娱乐登陆,從而經過針對性的齒廓修形進一步提高RV減速器的傳動精度。
